About Me

Hi, I’m Aga, a Virtual Assistant based in the outskirts of Glasgow, Scotland. I'm also a wife, a mum,  and a Polish gal that loves crime fiction and music of almost all kind (mostly rock, because it rocks! :D). 

I started AgaVA to be able to spend more time with my loved ones, and to fulfil my dream of becoming a business owner. 


As a Virtual Assistant I help UK based professionals focus on growing their dream businesses by taking care of their day-to-day tasks. It is my goal to  provide reliable, stress-free support that allows you to focus on serving your clients, growing your business, and achieving your goals.

General Admin and PA - £35 per hour

Polish Language Support - £45 per hour

Service available to businesses who target or/and employ Polish-speaking personas. I can help with simple translations or audio transcriptions (Polish to English or English to Polish).


Disclaimer: I am not a professional translator, service is available for internal office purposes to support daily operations, training or communication, and cannot be used in official/legal documents. 

Retainers - from £175 per month

Retainer packages are great if you want to make sure my time is blocked just for you and no other client. Choose from:


  • 5 hours monthly - £175
  • 10 hours monthly - £350
  • 20 hours monthly - £700


Once the hours are used, you can buy more hours at an hourly rate (subject to availability, unused hours are non-transferable).

Email Inbox​ RESCUE Service - ​£100*

Have you got too many messages in your email inbox and need help in clearing them up? This package is right for you!


The service includes:


R: R​u​les and filters creation
E: E​l​imination of outdated messages (deleting or archiving)
S: S​orting emails into existing folders
C: C​reating folders and labels, if required
U: Unsubscribing from unwanted newsletters
E: E​v​ents added to calendar, if required


*Price for up to 3 hours of intense work. An overly cluttered inbox may require purchase of additional hours at a standard hourly rate.

Email Management - from £350 per month*

Great option to busy business owners who want to be on top of their client communication, but are unable to constantly check their inbox.


The service includes:


  • Checking emails twice a day (morning and afternoon on weekdays)
  • Checking and flagging priority emails
  • Creating folders and rules when necessary
  • Actioning emails as required: answering simple queries, sending ‘holding’ emails, forwarding, etc.
  • Creating email templates for common responses 
  • Email scheduling (send at a specific time) 
  • Scheduling meetings from email messages (if required)


*Price for 2,5h weekly. Please note that an overly full inbox may require an initial Email Inbox RESCUE service. Holiday cover option available.
